About us

Wynn Rees is the father of sons Tomos and Sion and grandfather to Oliver, his stepdaughter’s son. He has been passionate about men’s development since participating in a weekend with Robert Bly and Michael Meade in 1991. He is a freelance management consultant and offers the Navigator men’s development programme to organisations.

Henry Fryer is the father of Christopher and Francesca. He is a humanistic psychotherapist and trainer with a private practice at The Grove Natural Therapy Centre in Southampton. He has been involved in men’s work since 1990.

Wynn and Henry have been members of a Men’s Group in Winchester since its founding in 1992. The group meets regularly, to be honest with each other.
