Fathers and Sons: Elements is designed to enable you to re-evaluate your relationship.

In these four days we invite you to test physical limits in a wild place while exploring the boundaries of your relationship as fathers and as sons.

As father - you’ll temporarily lay aside some of the burdens of fatherhood in favour of behaving more like an uncle.

As son - you’ll celebrate your newness and challenge and see that a Dad’s demands are only demands, and not always rules for living your life.

We can examine how we have received from our fathers both gifts and burdens, and make choices about what we pass on in our families.
